Farm with 7/8 hectares and industrial / storage capacity

Three out of seven hectares are occupied by vine plantations, while one hectare is mainly composed by woods; the remaining three hectares encompass groves, gardens and the farmhouse.

A project for an equestrian center to be built within the farm has recently been approved.

As for its own production, the farm currently yields ten tons of grapes per hectare, a number susceptible of being increased up to sixteen tons.
